We want you to love your Lime Lush finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final credit.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Store Credit

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your Lime Lush store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
